Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must provide an appropriate number (minimum of one professional photographer for each photographic location) of personnel and adequate equipment to accomplish the photography services as rapidly as approximately one (1) graduate every three (3) seconds at each photographer’s station in digital style photography format. 1.2.1 Each photographer and, if required, his/her assistant must arrive at the designated location no later than one (1) hour prior to the beginning of each ceremony. 1.2.2 The contractor must provide a minimum of one (1) back-up camera for each photographer at the ceremonies. 1.2.3 The University must be notified of the photographer assignment a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the ceremony. 1.2.3 All photographer assignments are subject to University approval. 1.2.4 The contractor must photograph each graduate as he/she is congratulated on stage, and in a portrait-style photo when the student exits the stage. At the discretion of the University, a third photograph location may be specified, or above sites may be re-distributed.
