Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.2 Conference Requirements 4.2.1 Registration Area. The Registration Area shall accommodate 150 attendees using 3 tables draped and skirted, 4 chairs and electrical for laptop use. It shall be near the large general session room. Identification of the registration area location within the property lobby is desired. Area availability shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on both days of the conference. 4.2.2 General Session Meeting Room. The General Session Meeting Room shall accommodate 150 attendees using 16 round tables seating 10 attendees comfortably per table. The room shall be equipped with Wired/Wireless Internet Access, AV Cart, Microphone (stand or wireless), and Projector Screen. This room shall also include a water station easily accessible, tri-folds and pens, and candies. Meeting room availability shall be from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days of the conference. The General Session Meeting Room may/may not be utilized as one of the Break Out Session Rooms. 4.2.3 Break Out Session Rooms. Three (3) Break Out Session Rooms to accommodate 50 attendees each in Classroom style seating. Rooms shall be equipped with Wired/Wireless Internet Access, AV Cart, Microphone (stand or wireless), Easel, Copy/Fax Services, and Projector Screen. This room shall also include a water station easily accessible, tri-folds and pens, and candies. Availability shall be from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on day 1 of conference.
