Specifications include, but are not limited to: The St. Charles County Ambulance District has contracted Archimages, Inc. and their subconsultants to design a new 142,000 SF facility on a 30-acre parcel. The Project consists of construction of the following: - Two story office building, steel structure on shallow foundations with composite slab on deck. Exterior skin will be comprised of brick veneer, precast, metal panel and curtainwall. - Adjoining single story vehicle maintenance facility constructed of tilt-up concrete panels on concrete slab and shallow foundations. - Site development includes raising the building pad, remediating expansive and soft soils, installing curbs and asphalt paving, and associated landscape and water quality improvements. This firm shall use their experience on similar past and recent projects to determine and propose on their specific scope of work and services.
