Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, technical support services, supervision, and incidental items necessary to perform detailed pipe condition assessment; including determination of the quantity of debris, and the cleaning of, primarily larger than 21-inch diameter, sanitary and combined sewers. Closed-circuit television, sonar and laser profile inspection technologies shall be utilized to assess the condition of the sanitary and combined sewers as appropriate and upon request by the District. Selected equipment shall be capable of cleaning and inspecting sewer lines of various shapes, sizes, and materials; including circular, egg-shaped, brick, etc. with lengths of up to 1,500 linear feet. The work scope may include smaller diameter sanitary and combined sewers, private sewer laterals, and storm sewers of various sizes. Technical Support Services shall include the training and education of District personnel on the utilization and interpretation of laser and sonar technologies.
