Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall supply the provision of a business services filing system for the State of Missouri’s Office of the Secretary of State (SOS), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the SOS. The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide staff who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the staff provided by the contractor. The SOS will provide a central repository for control and storage of all contract requirements and deliverables. During development and implementation, the contractor must provide, at least weekly, oral and written status reports to SOS Business Services and Information Technology staff. The system must have private and public entry points. Public refers to access for the public via the internet. Depending on the business needs, some public points require security. The SOS will define the entry points that require security after award of contract. Other points are non-secure. Private refers to entry points for authenticated staff and these require security. The system must provide for an unlimited number of public users. The system must provide a user interface which is easy to navigate, intuitive and which complies with commonly accepted industry standards. The system must provide timely and efficient execution of transactions for all system functions and batch processes. The time required for screen refreshes, data access and all other system activities should be optimal and comply with commonly accepted industry standards. The contractor must provide continuous system support throughout the life of the contract with staff knowledgeable in the day-to-day operations of SOS-BSD. The contractor must coordinate with the SOS to conduct user training, including a submitted description of the training requirements, methodology to be used, updates/modifications to standardized training manuals, sample presentation materials, facilities and equipment to be used, number of sessions to be conducted, and dates and times of training. System Documentation Requirements: The contractor must provide end-user and technical documentation on each module of the proposed solution; The contractor must provide all software and documentation in electronic format;
