TRANSOM HEIGHT: 20” SIDE HEIGHT: Minimum 21” from floor of boat to top of the sides. TRANSOM: Minimum 20” and designed to support a 40 HP Outboard Motor. FRONT DECK: Open bow design with washout deck. Painted in non-skid paint. FUEL TANK: Bow mounted minimum 12 gallon. FLOOR: Aluminum floor made to fit with non-skid paint. CONSOLE: Right side near the rear with a molded plexi-glass windshield, steering wheel and ready to receive all remote steering and motor control cables. SEATS: Mechanical suspension pedestal seat behind the console, and a passenger mechanical suspension pedestal seat mounted to the left of the driver. STORAGE: One rear lockable storage box across the entire width of the boat behind the seats. MOTOR RATING: Minimum 40 HP CARRYING HANDLES: Two (2) heavy-duty carrying handles, one each mounted on each side of the boat on the front and rear. DRAIN PLUGS: Two rear drain plugs. TIE DOWN RING: Heavy-duty and bow mounted. PAINT COLOR: Inside: Olive Drab Green Outside: Olive Drab Green RUNNING LIGHTS: Must meet U.S. Coast Guard requirements. Bow and stern lights must be removable post style lights. Bases must be installed with concealed wiring. Switch for lights to be mounted on one side of the console so it does not interfere with steering wheel installation. ACCESSORIES: 1. Automatic bilge pump. 2. 3-12Volt accessory outlets (front bow, console, and the stern of the boat). 3. Tachometer. 4. Hour Meter. 5. Electric Horn COMPATIBILIY: All motor controls and wiring must be compatible with a Mercury 40ELGA four stroke motor. PARTS: The boat must be equipped with all necessary parts for easy mounting and operation. WARRANTY: Minimum two (2) years on parts and labor. Mandatory Specifications Specification Category: Trailer 2018 OR NEWER MODEL YEAR BUNK SUPPORTS: The trailer bed must have at least two longitudinal bunk supports. The bunk supports must conform to the hull of the boat listed above and be made out of recycled plastic. WIND GUIDES: The trailer bed must have longitudinal adjustable wind guides that measure a minimum 8’ long and be made out of recycled plastic. FRAME: The trailer frame must be constructed of heavy-duty structural steel channel frame and cross members. WIDTH: The trailer must accommodate the boat listed above and cannot be wider than 102”. LENGTH: The trailer length must accommodate the boat listed above. LOAD CAPACITY: The trailer capacity must be fully capable of carrying the weight of the boat, motor and other accessories that weigh a minimum 1,200lbs. AXLES: The axle must use high-speed bearings equipped with Bearing Buddies or equivalent, or closed oil lubrication system. TIRES: 1. The trailer must have three (3) tires and painted spoke wheels fully capable of safely carrying the weight of the boat, motor, and trailer. 2. The three (3) tires and painted spoke wheels must include a lockable spare tire and wheel mounted on the tongue of the trailer. 3. Each tire must be a minimum of fifteen (15) inches in diameter. TONGUE: Must be equipped with a swivel jack that has a caster wheel. LIGHTS: Submersible LED tail and signal lights including LED side marker lights mounted on the trailer frame. TIE DOWNS: The trailer shall be equipped with nylon web style transom tie downs. WINCH: Standard to manufacturer. HITCH: Designed to fit 2” ball with double safety chains and hooks included OTHER MANUFACTURER STANDARD ACCESSORIES: The trailer must be equipped with all other manufacturer standard parts and accessories supplied with the trailer. The bidder should identify the accessories in the available space. PARTS: The trailer must be equipped with all necessary parts for easy mounting and operation.
