Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is soliciting proposals for School Safety Assessments. This contract will include but is not limited to: Scheduling and conducting basic assessments focused on an intruder response perspective, attempting to identify weaknesses or deficiencies that could identify or prevent an attack from both inside and outside threats. Focus areas wHI include, but are not limited to: a. Perimeter and interior access control; b. Mail, packages, and delivery systems; c. Traffic and barrier planning; d. Parking; e. CCTV surveillance; f. Intrusion detection (after hours or real-time notifications); g. Public address/intercom system review; h. Response capabilities (security and employees); i. Training recommendations; j. Provide participating schools a report with recommendations for improvement for short, medium, and long-term plans.
