Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, material, equipment, permits, etc. for the removal and replacement of two rolling security gates and four gate operators at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, MO. The goal is to restore proper security gate operation, reduce equipment down-time, and increase the longevity of the new gate operators at 4 points of entry onto the airfield. Remove and dispose of exis�ng materials and equipment to be replaced. Preserve exis�ng adjacent materials that are to remain, including but not limited to fencing, posts, conduit and wire, pavement, concrete bases, etc. Operators: Remove existing gate operators and replace with new. Basis of design: Litimaster CSL24UL Elite Series 24VDC High-Traffic Commercial 1/2HP Slide Gate Operator or equal. Include: A. Monitored safety eye. B. 5-foot monitored safety edge. C. Batery back-up. D. (LM-HTR) heater. E. Anchors, plates, and miscellaneous mounting accessories. F. Inspect all existing conditions for combability with new operators prior to bidding. Include cost for correction of any incompatibility es in bid. G. Connect operator to existing access controls. Verify compatibility prior to bidding. H. Provide labor and equipment warranty information with bid.
