Specifications include, but are not limited to: Jackson County, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents for Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Medication Assisted Treatment and Pharmaceutical Services for the Inmate Population at the Jackson County, Missouri Detention Center. 5.2.1 Current health services for inmates include: 5.2.1.1 Management 5.2.1.2 Medical Services with medical and psychiatric physicians, nursing, mental health services, substance abuse programming, pharmacy, medical records, on-site routine care, and medical/office supplies, intake assessments, two week assessments and annual assessments. 5.2.1.3 On-site specialty medical services include: portable x-rays, lab draws, sonograms and doppler. 5.2.1.4 Mental health and substance abuse treatment services are provided through a Medical Health Care Consultant, and this contract will remain in place. 5.2.1.5 Medical and Mental Health partners work closely together to insure good quality of care.
