Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state agency estimates, but in no way guarantees, that a total of approximately twenty-three (23) students will require homegoing transportation service. An estimate of the number of students per route is specified on Attachment 1. Prior to providing services, the state agency will notify the contractor of the number of students and chaperones on the route. However, the number of students and/or chaperones on the route may vary week to week depending on the activities of the students. In the event of a more long-term change to the number of students and/or chaperones on the route, the state agency will notify the contractor of the long-term change when the information becomes available. The contractor shall provide homegoing transportation services between the state agency and the drop-off/pick-up points along one (1) or more of the routes specified on Attachment 1, as stated on the Notice of Award issued by the Division of Purchasing. There are an estimated forty-one (41) homegoing trips planned throughout the regular and extended school years, each requiring a trip away from and back to the state agency. In addition, a trip to the state agency shall be made at the beginning of the regular school year. Therefore, a total of ninety-two (82) trips shall be made throughout the regular and extended school years.
