Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The food truck will operate on Tuesdays only from May 1 through October 1, 2020. Hours of operation will be 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2. In accordance with City’s Code of Ordinances Section 620.020 License Tax - Tourism, food truck operator(s) will be required to remit a license tax equal to 1% of gross receipts to City (https://www.ecode360.com/27704809). 3. Food truck location shall be North Second Street in front of City Hall. 4. A variety of menus are preferred week to week. Proposals should include sample menus with typical pricing. 5. If the food truck operates on the street, service will be provided on the sidewalk side only. No service will be permitted on the street side. 6. The food truck must provide a trash receptacle for customers use. The vendor must keep the area around the food truck clean and free of trash and debris. 7. It will be the food truck’s responsibility to obtain a business license from the City and all required permits and inspections from the St. Charles County Department of Health. 8. Proposals should indicate the number of years the food truck has been in operation and list the locations and/or events where food truck typically serves and/or has served.
