Specifications include, but are not limited to: Event Date and Schedule: Facilities proposed to host the Event must be available on Thursday, January 10, 2019. The desired schedule for the Event is: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM – Client Setup 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Reception Event Space: Facilities proposed to host the Event must include a room to accommodate up to 350 attendees. Food and Beverages: For the Event, the successful service provider shall, at a minimum, provide and serve food and beverages. An example of past menu items includes: Passed Hors D’oeuvres, such as: Mini Lobster Rolls, Seared Scallops with Corn and Bacon, and Chicken Sliders; Displayed Hors D’oeuvres, such as: Rice Flake Shrimp, Wild Mushroom Arancini, Tuna Poke on Rice Cracker, and Beef Brochettes.
