Specifications include, but are not limited to: T-Hangar/Hangar Buildings 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 15, 16, 38 & 39 •Remove all damaged interior partition walls •Remove any remaining debris •Pressure wash (cold water) all interior building surfaces: walls and floors oUp to six (6) feet high on walls and the lower half of all bi-fold doors oPressure wash out to a distance of ten (10) feet from each building •Bi-fold door motors and control circuitry boxes on all buildings except 2 and 4 shall be covered with plastic, tarps or similar to prevent water damage oOpen/close/stop buttons on all buildings shall be protected as above oElectrical circuit panel boxes shall be protected as above Building 6, St. Charles Flying Service •Clean hangar area as for T-hangars/hangar buildings •Remove any remaining debris •Remove damaged rigid foam insulation from floor to first beam in hangar •Remove all drywall and insulation from hangar walls and offices oTake all finished walls down to stud frames oRemove ceiling tiles in all office areas, leave metal gridwork in place oRemove VCT floor coverings in all office areas •Remove all plumbing fixtures, sinks and cabinets oDO NOT remove water well pump or related equipment •Pressure wash office floors.
