Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is only replacing the controllers and the software the controllers operate with. The City’s current controllers consist of: • HID E-400 • ACS300-A • ACS5000-S • IPDC-1 Controllers: 1. Shall be powered over Ethernet (POE). 2. Must be compatible with current card readers and request to exit motion sensors. a. Current card readers are HID Prox Pro II 5455 door card readers. b. Current card readers operate under a 26-bit standard Wiegand communication protocol. c. Current request to exit motion sensors are Bosch Security DS150i Series. 3. The current system operates using premise-based software. The City is desiring a cloudbased solution. However, the City would like to have pricing for both, premise-based and cloud-based to compare costs and to determine which solution is most fiscally-sound for the City. 4. See Exhibit 1 for a list of the types of current controllers, number of doors supported, and where they are located. Exhibit 1 is also provided in a separate Excel spreadsheet for ease of sorting. The contractor shall: 1. Provide all permits, licenses, labor, equipment, tools, services, skills, etc., required to remove and install new controllers. 2. Remove, install, and test new controllers according to a scheduled provide by the contractor in their response at various facilities in Jefferson City, Missouri. 3. Dispose of old equipment. 4. Provide a warranty on all equipment and services. Contractor will provide equipment and service warranty information in their response. 5. Keep work areas clean. 6. Provide software training to staff. 7. Provide hardware and software maintenance if needed.
