Complimentary water, coffee, soft drinks, and tea set up at back of room along with complimentary tri-folds, pens, and candies set up in room. Buffet Breakfast served for up to 100 attendees. Plated lunch, and light snack or appetizer during Reception for attendees. One (1) room for up to 150 attendees set up in rounds (16 tables of 10). Audio visual & cart, internet access, microphone, Easel and Projector Screen. Complimentary water, coffee, soft drinks, and tea set up at back of room. Continental Breakfast served for up to 60 attendees. Break-Out Room(s) (3) Three (3) rooms for up to 50 people each. AV equipment and cart, microphone, projector screen, Easel, and Internet Access. Room to be set up in classroom style. These rooms to be within close proximity of the General Session and Banquet areas. Complimentary water, tri-folds, pens, and candies set up in back of room.
