Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Columbia is interested in collaborating with organizations to implement coordinated, transformational strategies for increasing mental health access, as well as programming and interventions on an individual level. The City seeks qualified applicants that embrace evidence-based, community-centered approaches to mental health access. Overarching goals associated with Mental Health funding include: ● Behavioral Health Care Access; ● Mental Health Treatment; ● Substance Use Treatment; ● And other Behavioral Health Services This request solicits proposals for projects with reasonable eligible project budgeted expenses. Proposed project activity measures should reflect 36-months of activity. Outcome objectives should be reflective of the organization’s ability to track long-term changes in the population served during the entire project period. The proposed submissions must include a financial sustainability plan to address funding beyond the payments provided by ARPA.
