Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 Implement Vendor’s hosted on-premise solution in the State primary data center. Migrate current agency workloads from the State’s existing shared virtual infrastructure to the new Vendor managed infrastructure solution. Obtain a steady state by migrating the current virtual environment to the Vendor’s proposed hosted environment. Deploy Vendor hosted co-processing infrastructure in the Ancillary Data Center to accommodate replication of offsite data. Decommission the State’s existing virtual environment once all service migration is completed. Phase 2 Vendor will deploy additional capabilities in the State’s Ancillary Data Center to accommodate agency capacity requirements, as well as Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery needs as specified by the agencies. ITS and Vendor will work with the state agencies to right size and optimize their specific hosted environments. Develop and implement an on-line portal to accommodate agency requests, performance monitoring, and expense reporting. ITS and Vendor will work with the state agencies to determine additional needs for high availability, disaster recovery, and backup.
