Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Renovation and addition to the existing event level which will include new team spaces, a courtside club and required support spaces.•Expansion and renovation of the concourse level which will include a widened concourse, a sideline club, team store, fast-casual restaurant, ticket office, staff offices,additional restrooms and additional concession stands.•Mechanical, electrical and life safety improvements to the existing facility; and site utility improvements and relocations.•Project will be multi-phased with major work occurring between basketball seasons. CMAR willwork in conjunction with the project team so that the Owner can occupy & use existing portions of the facility as necessary throughout the project.•It is the intention of Mississippi State University to select a CMaR for both pre-construction and construction services in the delivery of this project. CMaR will be responsible for the overallscheduling of the project including but not limited to the CMaR’s services, Project Architects’and Consultants’ design services, the Owner’s activities and actual construction activities including submittals.
