Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.4.1Assessment Report This written report shall be presented to the agency following Independent Contractor’s initial assessment of OYDC staff. This report shall identify current strengths and weakness of OYDC’s staff approach in dealing with OYDC youth 2.2.4.2 Staff Training Program Independent Contractor shall provide a staff training program in written for-mat that builds on current strengths within OYDC staff program, improves weaknesses within OYDC staff program, and addresses any needs not cur-rently met by OYDC staff program.2.2.4.3Implementation and Monitoring Plan Independent Contractor shall provide a written plan for implementing staff training and a written plan for monitoring OYDC staff during implementa-tion.2.2.4.4 Evaluation Report Independent Contractor shall provide a written report evaluating OYDC staff program following implementation that includes and address the com-ponents outlined in Subsection 2.2.3.2.2.4.5Perform all services provided in the contract between the Contractor and the MDHS in accordance with customary and reasonable standards as well as in strict conformance to all laws, statutes, and ordinances and the applicable rules, regulations, methods and procedures of all government boards, bu-reaus, offices, and other agencies. No statement within this IFB shall negate compliance with any applicable governing regulation. The absence of de-tailed specifications or the omission of a detailed description shall be rec-ognized as meaning that only the best commercial practices are to prevail.2.2.4.6Ensure full compliance with the policies and procedures of the MDHS and all applicable regulations as now existing or as may be modified.
