This Digital Accessibility Audit will include a review of all pages and applications associated with the following URLs: • https://www.sos.state.mn.us/elections-voting/ • https://www.sos.state.mn.us/election-administration-campaigns/ • https://www.sos.state.mn.us/about-the-office/ • https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/VoterRegistration/VoterRegistrationMain.aspx • https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/VoterStatus.aspx • https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/ABRegistration/ABRegistrationStep1.aspx • https://myballotmn.sos.state.mn.us/ • https://pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us/ • https://electionresults.sos.state.mn.us/ • https://candidates.sos.state.mn.us/ The Digital Accessibility Audit must include an evaluation of the webpage, applications, and tools and their compliance with universally accepted technical requirements such as the Web content Accessibility Guidelines. Accessibility User Testing must include testing by testers who have sight, motor skills, cognitive, and/or hearing disabilities, and who use relevant assistive devices and/or software. Upon completion of the Digital Accessibility Audit, a detailed written summary of best practices, testing protocols, recommendations, prioritized action items, and any necessary information needed to help the OSS to remediate any issues, gaps, or shortcomings identified in the Audit will be provided to OSS.
