Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Management Description: Handle all Project Management activities to successfully manage the project. Subtasks: 1. Ensure project information is relayed to the PMT; deliverables are on time and manage project meetings. Management of the project will include communication with the County, City and other agencies or local groups as necessary to complete the project. 2. Conduct regular PMT meetings with preparation of agendas and minutes. In addition, have weekly phone/e-mail communication with the County Project Manager throughout the project schedule. 3. Prepare and maintain written project schedule, providing updates throughout the project. 4. Provide a schedule of work tasks required/completed with monthly updates. The County shall be billed monthly for the project. Each invoice shall clearly define the percentage of project work completed and the percentage project billed to date for each work task and the total project and a comparison of the two.
