Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Technology and Business Center project at Inver Hills Community College (IHCC) will respond to the changing educational needs of the Business and Accounting, STEM and Paralegal programs as well as address deferred maintenance needs of this building. The project will improve learning environments, improve utilization of existing spaces, and reduce facility operating costs through improved building systems. The project scope includes a complete renovation of the Business Building as well as a new link proposed between Business and Heritage Hall. • Professional services for the design and construction phases of the Inver Hills Community College Technology and Business Center renovation in accordance with the Predesign Report dated October 12, 2018. • The project is currently funded for the Design Phases only. The scope of services includes Schematic Design through 100% Construction Document phase services. • It is the State’s intent, as construction funds become available, to contract with the selected designer through Supplemental Agreements to the original contract, for Bidding, Construction Administration, and Close-Out phase services as required to complete this project.
