Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Audio/Visual Needs: Handheld wireless microphone in Exhibitors Area. 2. Parking Needs: The Contract Vendor must provide ample room for attendees and exhibitors to park with a minimum of 700 spaces available at one time. The State prefers that the Contract Vendor provide parking onsite either free of charge or provide parking vouchers. If the Contract Vendor does charge for parking, the cost, per vehicle, per day, must be included on the Price Schedule. If main parking is in a ramp, clearance must allow a minimum height of 8 feet. If parking vouchers are required, they must be accepted upon exiting the ramp or lot. 3. Event Set Up: The loading dock will be available for one week prior to the event and for two days following the event for drop-off and pick-up of event materials at no additional cost for the event planners, exhibitors, and/or service providers. If the Contract Vendor does charge for this service, it must be included on the Price Schedule. All items must be secured in a safe room until pick-up is made by event planners, exhibitors and/or service providers.
