Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Pick up refuse within 24 hours of request 2. Pick up refuse the same business day if a pick up is requested before noon, and the next business day if a pick up is requested after noon. 3. Refuse removal cannot begin before 8:00 a.m. CST at any Resident Life buildings 4. Deliver extra containers for special events within 48 hours of the request 5. Provide (3) additional open 30 yard containers for the cardboard at opening in August of each year 6. Provide (3) additional open 30 yard containers for the cardboard at closing in May of each year 7. Adjust service schedules to accommodate the needs of the University fluctuations in pick up schedules occurring during interim periods such as University closing and opening 8. Provide all containers in “like new” condition and maintain them in excellent repair and sanitary condition at all times. Complete a monthly inspection of vendor owned dumpsters and compactors to assure no leakage 9. Clean up container(s), leakage, and a site when refuse, recycling or food waste is outside of the container as a result of full container(s), equipment failure or maintenance needs 10. Be responsible for damage caused by the vendor to University owned equipment or property
