This project will renovate two existing classrooms into a single dental simulation lab, one existing storage room adjoining the lab and install Owner furnished washer and dryer in the existing mechanical room. The lab will consist of twenty-four (24) student stations. In addition to the student specific stations, there will be a central instructor station that will serve as the control center for the lab technology. The student stations and instructor station will be furnished and installed by direct purchase by RCTC through a specialty A-Dec dental equipment dealer. The storage cabinets on each side of the lab will be provided as part of the general construction to match the student stations. Interior finishes will be refreshed with new flooring, paint, ceiling and lighting. Shelving in the storage room will be provided by RCTC. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and roofing scope includes work to support the project.
