Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The successful contractor will provide weekly interior and outdoor plant maintenance to include watering, fertilizing, cleaning, pruning, insect and disease control with service reports. The proposal shall include plant replacement. When a plant is not up to standard it will be replaced at the contractor’s expense with a like item or alternate plant approved by the County. This does not include damage to plants beyond the contractor’s control. 2. The required plant maintenance schedule and plant inventory will be furnished by the County as follows. The plant maintenance schedule and plant inventory can be adjusted at the sole discretion of the County to meet the changing needs of the County, and will be done at the rate in effect at that time. Historically, plant maintenance take 3 to 4 hours per weekly visit.
