Specifications include, but are not limited to: Job Order Support. For each job order provide support to ensure an accurate proposal is submitted to an end user by a JOC contractor. Support includes, but is not limited to:oReview submitted contractor price proposals for accuracy and selection of appropriate construction tasks. Work with contractor and end user on revisions to achieve a job order proposal meeting the program requirements and agreeable to both parties.oReview JOCcontractor’s construction schedule, proposed subcontractors, and other relevant documents.oReview and become familiar with the scope of work.oDetermine that the JOC contractor is proposing reasonable means and methods to perform the work specified in the scope of work and that correct tasks are selected.oVerify any task listed that is not available in the unit price book and task catalog includes the required price justifications.oVerify all pricing for accuracy.oExplain any revisions to the JOC contractor and facilitate end user obtaining a final job order proposal.Project Management. Ability to provide varying levels of project management depending on the needs and expertise of the ordering entity. Project management tasks included, but are not limited to, review job order proposals, attend site visits, and approve a completed project. Some end users may need the JOC consultant to provide project management services for the entire project.Information Management System. Provide technical support services available during normal working hours. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM through 4:30 PM.Design. Provide design services to assist projects that the currently established technical specification templates, unit price book, and task catalog are unable to accommodate. Meet with the State. Upon request, attend meetings scheduled by the State to discuss any matters related to the JOC program.
