Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.0 Trailer spec 1.1 The trailer must be a Air-Tow RT 12-7 drop deck flatbed trailer or a MnDOT approved equal. 1.2 The trailer must have a deck capacity of 7,000 lb. 1.3 The trailer deck must be no longer than12 feet 2 inch long including the ramp (see below) and no shorter than 10 feet 5 inches plus the ramp. 1.4 When the deck is in the travel position the top of the deck must not be more than 18 inches above the ground and when the deck is lowered to the ground the top of the deck must not be more than 3 inches above the ground. 1.5 The trailer deck must be 6ft. wide with the suspension, tires, fenders and required lighting outside of the bed and not be part of the bed. 1.6 The overall length of the trailer must not exceed 210 inches with the deck in the travel position. 1.7 The overall width of the trailer must not exceed 102 inches. 1.8 The deck must come with a low angle stationary ramp so scissor lift can drive up ramp 1.9 There must be a automatic deck lock that keeps the deck in place in case of hydraulic system failure. 1.10 The deck must be raised and lowered by hydraulics and have a single lever control. 1.11 The trailer must have a rubber block type suspension. 1.12 The trailer must come with 4 suspension assembly’s with single wheels and tires to make the equivalent of two axles and suspension.
