Specifications include, but are not limited to:oversee the Develop Help Desk, and to provide administrative management and procedural integrity for the services of the Develop Help Desk. The Develop Help Desk coordinates the State’s efforts to provide timely customer service and technical assistance to Develop system users. These users include early care and education and school age professionals, early care and education programs, trainers and training sponsor organizations, as well as the people whose work supports them, such as State employees and contractors of the MN Department of Human Services. The Develop Help Desk is part of an overall system of support that ensures Develop is working well and meeting its intended need, with the goal of a system that allows Develop users to quickly and easily obtain assistance with their needs or resolution to problems they experience.
