Specifications include, but are not limited to: Organize a database system that can integrate data from various sources Oversee data entry work (and coding work) of support staff Conduct data cleaning, ensure consistent coding, and develop code books; Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure the most accurate dataset is created, ensuring that mandated and professional practice/standards relative to data integrity, security and privacy are followed and kept up to date. Ensure that Get Ready and district data are sufficiently documented, and that data are stored in an approved format. Input, output and upload datasets into other systems Manage an internal drag-and-drop database called Apricot, by Social Solutions; including form and report building Utilize Tableau to build visually effective dashboards for various users Work closely with and under the supervision of the State’s senior evaluation specialist Offer expertise to the Evaluation Department regarding evaluation design and improvement process Conduct data analysis
