Specifications include, but are not limited to:The goal of this project is to develop two 3-7 minute videos on collaborative problem solving that serve the dual purposes of: 1.helping potential users of the service (state and local government staff and officials) to better understand the service and how they might utilize it 2.Demonstrate to the broader public that there are viable methodologies for addressing polarizing public issues. Each video should use the story of one or more past collaborative problem solving cases (several examples can be found here: https://mn.gov/bms/ocdr/projects/) as well as other background/context information. The videos should be sufficiently different from each other to demonstrate the breadth and flexibility of the service. For example, one featured case might be in the Twin Cities metro area with the other taking place in Greater Minnesota or one case might be complex and the other less so. Anticipated tasks include but are not limited to: 1. Development of compelling story concept 2. Assistance in identification of the cases most compelling for a video 3. Assistance in identification of interviewees best suited for a video 4. Script writing 5. Identification of archival footage 6. Transcription 7. All video shooting and editing Responders are encouraged to propose additional or alternative tasks or activities if they will improve the results of the project.
