Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Audio/Visual Needs: Quantities are provided on the Conference Price Schedule. a. The General Session Room must be set up with large projection screen(s) with LCD projectors (or State-approved equal), a 40” confidence monitor, standing podium with microphone and lavalier microphones, an AV table or cart, and internet access (wireless preferred). b. The Breakout Session Rooms must be capable of being set up with projection screens, LCD projectors (or State-approved equal), standing podiums, lavalier and handheld microphones, overhead projectors, internet access (wireless preferred), a 6’ skirted table with up to three chairs in the front of the room for other audio visual equipment set-up, and a rear table for handouts. c. Responder will be responsible for setting up all equipment. d. Responder shall provide their price list for all audio visual equipment with their response. Each item must be individually identified and priced. 2. The State requires the Contract Vendor provide a technical support person that is available to troubleshoot any AV issues throughout the duration of the conference (see the State’s Special Terms and Conditions, Section II: Vendor Requirements, Paragraph 11, Audio Visual Equipment and On-Site Technical Support)
