Specifications include, but are not limited to: a creative approach to providing a comprehensive, high-quality, food, beverage, retail concession program and/or vending for the county’s Stillwater Campus, made up of 3 public buildings with approximately 750 employees, plus members of the public who are at the facility to do business. ; a. Product/Service The operation should provide the following minimum food beverage offerings and services: Coffee and drinks (non-alcoholic) Prepared food (assume food preparation offsite) Healthy food options b. Desirable Options Staffed concession stand and/or vending serviced by vendor or sub-vendor Packaging products that are recyclable and/or compostable Ability to service multiple locations (Stillwater Campus, Headwaters Service Center, and Cottage Grove Service Center).
