Specifications include, but are not limited to: Produce one segment, three to five minutes in length, as part of a larger television program that will focus on Veterans and the programs and services available to the Veterans. • The broadcasting of the segment should be aired at least two times through a national network on or before the end of September 2019. • Create a thirty second digital short for advertisement of the program. • Segment must be formatted as education entertainment and not as an advertisement. • Identify how many times the segment will be aired through syndication. • Identify other avenues for viewers to view the segment (website, online syndication outlets, international broadcast, etc.). • Provide Minnesota Veterans Affairs a copy of the segment produced with rights to re-use for any non-television marketing and/or promotion purposes.
