Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Consultant will be required to work with the City of Minneapolis and its selected consultants noted above in executing underwriting processes. All work under this contract will be requested via a Work Order. When possible and at the discretion of the City, Work Orders will be competed among awarded consultants. Department will select a Consultant for a specific Work Order based on many factors, some of which include qualifications for the services or work required, rates, availability and other relevant factors required for each Work Order. Work order responses should detail, in response to scope within the work order, the staff that will be assigned and the price of the services. The City reserves the right to negotiate proposed staffing or price for each work order. The City reserves the right to sell any or all forms of obligations competitively through public offering or through direct purchase without participation of some or all members of the selected pool of qualified firms. Consultant will work through steps, timing, market conditions, terms, etc. with City staff, Financial Advisor, Bond Counsel and Underwriter Counsel as agreed to in advance based on the type of transaction and complexity involved prior to beginning work on the Work Order. Consultant will arrange for meetings as needed and provide documentation on progress toward deliverables and execution strategy as determined by participants
