Specifications include, but are not limited to: All proposals should provide for the following CPS core competencies to be addressed over a defined initial training period and any ongoing feedback trainings with the vendor. To develop strengths and skills in this model the vendor will identify a specific timeline in which the training will be provided to all staff in small groups (with a maximum of 10 staff per group). This training requires that participating staff practice the key facets of the model, submit work samples to the trainer, and participate in regular group coaching and feedback sessions. Core competencies to be taught to all staff: Accurately implement an initial assessment of lagging skills and unsolved problems Prioritize specific lagging skills or unsolved problems to be solved Development of individual problem solving plan Develop a collaborative approach to engaging patients and solving problems Proactively respond to patient problems and identify issues caused by lagging skills In addition, the vendor will provide training to identified CABHS staff who are able to train new staff in the CPS model on an ongoing basis. A minimum of four CABHS staff, chosen by CABHS administration, will be trained to provide ongoing training and support to staff new to the CABHS program. Contract vendor is responsible for providing access to any training materials, assessments, documents, or other copyrighted material necessary for implementing the model for the duration of the contract. All training will be provided to CABHS staff in Willmar, Minnesota. Video and teleconference training are required to meet all applicable data privacy laws and regulations. Contract vendor will include a plan to provide ongoing fidelity with the CPS model and updates to the model as new evidence emerges. This plan will consist of at least a monthly one-hour teleconference or video conference meetings with CABHS leadership team, at least monthly review of work samples submitted by CABHS staff (staff selected by CABHS leadership) for a period of no less than 18 months from the completion of the initial training.
