Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish, install, set in place and service all portable toilet buildings on a regular schedule, mutually agreed upon by the agency and the Contractor. The number of units and the frequency of service will be specified in Schedule B – Location Specification Service Sheet and Pricing Sheet. The Contractor shall have sufficient equipment and personnel to adequately perform the specified service. In the event of a mechanical breakdown of trucks or equipment, the Contractor will be expected to provide backup service, so that all services will be performed as specified. Any of the units may be canceled from the Contract if the service is no longer required. Invoice billings will be rendered on a monthly basis. The Contractor shall have insurance coverage as outlined in the State’s Terms and Conditions for injury to or destruction of property including loss of use there from, and carry automobile hazard insurance as required by law. The Contractor shall produce copies of these insurance policies upon award of the Contract to the buyer as stated in the Terms and Conditions. The Contractor performing work on State property shall report all accidents and/or injuries to the Contract Administrator or designee. The Contractor is responsible for any damage done to any property while performing services and will be required to make repairs accordingly. The Contractor will deliver and pick up the portable toilets seasonally as requested in Schedule B – Location Specification Sheet and Pricing Sheet. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide clean, safe, functional units. If a unit is not clean or safe, the Contractor must replace or maintain within 48 hours of the problem being reported by the Contract Administrator or designee.
