Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of the remaining area (2226 s.f.) of the former existing server room area that had not been converted to new office space. Work to include removal and reinstallation of access flooring system, metal stud framing/gypsum board walls to create new office and Conference room, ceiling grid and acoustical pad patchwork. New carpet by Owner. Electrical/fire alarm devices replacement – fixtures by Owner, installed by Contractor. New VAV boxes with reheat and ductwork to be added to area. Fire Protection change from dry to wet system, minor sprinkler head addition/relocation. Removal of dry system riser/main to area. The remainder of the building will be fully occupied throughout the duration of the construction.
