Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Three (3) 15kV load break 200A high temperature bushing wells and bushing inserts on the primary side andthree (3) 15kV load break 600A high temperature bushing wells and bushing inserts on the secondary side.Inserts shall be installed in the bushing wells and protected during transportation with a plastic dust cap. Bushingwells and bushing inserts shall fully meet the requirements of ANSI/IEEE Standard 386. Arrangement andspacing of primary bushings and parking stands shall follow the configuration detailed in ANSI/IEEE C57.12.34unless otherwise specified by LBWL.2.Three (3) under oil, externally removable, load break "Bay-O-Net" or LBWL approved equal fuse devices, fusedto LBWL Standard D-01-0015 and D-01-0016.3.Neutral bushings shall be externally removable. The current carrying component of the bushing assembly shallbe of one-piece integral design having a NEMA spade type external terminal.4.Doors, removable when open, with rust proof hinges. A recessed, captive, locking device with a penta-head boltthat conforms to IEEE Std C57.12.28 standard for dimensions. Additionally, there shall be a key interlock to theprimary or secondary compartment door.5.A moisture resistant coating compatible with the transformer finish and applied to the entire bottom of thecompleted unit extending 1" minimum, above its base.
