Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist the Youth Support Workers with program referrals. 2. Provide backup for Youth Support Workers. 3. Conduct supervisory meetings between each Youth Support Worker and Community Support Supervisor, at least once weekly, for the sole purpose of enabling individual Youth Support Workers to review each case with supervision one-on-one. The purpose shall be to review youth/family progress, consult on alternative approaches, and determine action steps and activities needed. The Community Support Supervisor should also use this time to assure appropriate and behaviorally-specific safety plans are in place, that face-to-face contact with the family is maintained and the needs of the youth and family are being addressed appropriately. 4. Oversee program operations related to the family's entry and participation in the program. 5. Schedule weekly JJDRA team meetings involving all JJDRA staff, coordinated by the Community Support Supervisor to review individual youth and family progress, consult on alternative interventions, action steps, or activities needed. Emphasis should be on staffing all active cases and using results to develop weekly plans to achieve youth and family goals.
