Specifications include, but are not limited to: • If the new arrest is new and no previous booking information is available, there needs to be the ability to enter the above information and have a RID and booking number auto- assigned. • If the new arrest has a valid ID available, the document needs to be scanned exported to the Inmate Descriptors. o Acceptable forms of ID are an operator’s license, state ID, or passport (government issued ID’s). • Code tables with associated “parent/child” functionality I.e. Code ID agency only display associated agency officers. • Ability to enter the arrest location of each new arrest. ; • Ability to document answers to questions regarding a new arrest’s medical concerns and mental health state. ; o If the new arrest claims to have suicidal thoughts or appears emotional, this information will automatically generated and notification sent to Mental Health and to Classification. ; Charge and Holder • Same functionality as Jailview charge screen with the ability to add bonds, charge disposition, agency/court information, hearing information, independently of each other. Same for Detainers/Holds. • If sentenced on a charge, display predicted outdate. • Ability to choose from a list of charge codes (PACC and MICR), as well as a list of courts. • Ability to add holders. • Ability to enter video court dates and times. ; Systems: Workstation- Microsoft Windows 10 (preference to web-based clients) Server: Microsoft Server 2016 Database: SQL Server 2016 o Web Server: County prefers Microsoft Web Services (IIS) or Apache o Clustering: County uses VMWare 6.7 and have dual data centers with full failover (vMotion) between them for High Availability. Prefer Windows FCI clusters if clustering is called for an application or web servers. For Database Servers- can do either FCI clusters or AOAG groups for database servers.
