The successful Bidder should propose a GPS tracking system that includes the following: 1. Must be FCC compliant, meet market safety standards, be made of hypoallergenic material with no harmful substances, and present no safety hazards to staff and/or participants. 2. Must be capable of communicating with the Bidder’s computer(s) and detect the following events and communicate such to the Bidder’s computer(s): 3. Arrival and departure from inclusion and exclusion zones; 4. Battery low alerts; CONTINUOUS ALCOHOL MONITORING: Equipment and Testing Requirements: 1. Equipment must provide Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (CAM) that samples an individual client’s Transdermal Alcohol Concentration (TAC) and measures for confirmable alcohol consumption on a 24/7 basis. 2. Utilizes equipment that is lightweight, poses no health hazard and does not unduly restrict the activities of the client at home or at work. 3. Equipment is at a minimum, shock, water and tamper-resistant. 4. The equipment shall monitor for ingested alcohol in the human body using court-validated transdermal testing technology.
