Specifications include, but are not limited to: a)Provide comprehensive energy services for buildings listed in attached Exhibit A, which may include the installation of energy saving equipment and materials. The specific nature of the improvements is left up to the Bidder’s judgment, but must be clearly identified in the Bidder’s Proposal. Equipment and equipment manufacturers must be identified within the Bidder’s Proposal. Key improvements desired by the District are listed and prioritized in Section II, Subsection 3) below. b)Provide a more comfortable environment for building occupants, as well as improved quality and safety for interior and exterior. This may include the repair, renovation or replacement of existing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or temperature control systems, and lighting. The specific nature of improvements will be left up to the Bidder’s judgment, and must be clearly identified in the Bidder’s Proposal. The District also welcomes your recommendations for more sustainable and cost effective solutions to reduce costs and environmental impact. c)Provide a minimum 18-month warranty on all equipment, materials, design and workmanship from the date of final acceptance by the School District. Longer warranty is advantageous to the owner on individual ECMs, pieces of equipment and/or the overall project.
