Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Location of servers will be at the direction of the BCPS Information Technology Department. i-PRO NVR servers will be connected to network switches, so that any PC with the video management software installed will have access to remote viewing. The video management software can be downloaded on any PC and/or mobile device at no cost to the owner and with no software update costs/fees, software maintenance agreements or license renewals. The i-PRO Cameras and NVR Server(s) will carry all licenses for client connections and camera/device connections. 2. Servers will be installed and will include a predetermined amount of on-board storage and will be licensed to allow a minimum number of devices to connect and record based on the project. 3. The Vendor shall be responsible for complete commissioning of the system - this may include installing the cameras, installing any required client software on designated PC’s supplied by BCPS. a) Provide all camera mounting hardware for complete installation. b) Install green cat 6 cable, General 7131806 c) Install j-hooks where needed. d) Install new patch panels for data drops, Hubbell hp624 e) At the camera end install a surface mount box Hubbell ism1ow with a jack Hubbell hxj6g f) Provide patch cables for both ends. g) BCPS will provide switch ports for new cameras. h) Install aj-ixdv, viedo door station and cabling in each building. i) Install aj-ixsoft, ix software to be installed. j) Reuse electric strikes and door opening buttons. 4. Primary monitoring for the i-PRO Video Surveillance system including camera control and playback shall be at any PC designated as a viewing station/location...
