Specifications include, but are not limited to: Saginaw ISD is seeking pricing for an IP PA and Clock System with installation at their Jerome Preschool building. Cat6 cabling will already be run to the various endpoint locations and POE Switches provided. The System should include the following: 1.1.1. Intercom paging system to be configured to place and receive calls, to and from IP endpoints. Endpoint types and quantities listed in 1.3.3 1.1.2. The system must provide a master clock for new IP Clock/Speaker endpoints. 1.1.3. The system must have the ability to program and support multiple bell schedules. 1.1.4. The system must have the ability to synchronize the bell schedule with the clock system. 1.1.5. The system must have the ability to make announcements from district phones (must be compatible with a Mitel Connect IP Phone System). 1.1.6. The system should have a backup phone or microphone in the main office. 1.1.7. The system must cover the following areas: Classrooms, Hallways, Office areas, and PD Center. The PD Center must be able to be removed from all broadcasts other than emergency broadcasts. 1.1.8. Intercom paging system shall support the ability to be interfaced with local sound reinforcement systems for intercom paging override from the intercom paging system. 1.1.9. Intercom paging system shall support the ability to be interfaced with the building access control system for door control during lockdown. 1.1.10. Intercom paging system shall provide real time monitoring of the central equipment (server, gateways, etc…) and IP devices (LED displays, etc…), supervised by system software that will generate audible and visual alerts, as well as graphically display the location in the intercom paging system GUI when an IP device goes off-line. 1.1.11. Training of building administrators, secretarial staff, and technology staff should be included. 1.1.12. Proposals must include all materials, labor, installation, configuration, and training costs.
