Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to remove all asphalt pavement (parking, drives, pathways) full depth, grade base material asnecessary to place 2% cross slope on all trail surfaces, and to insure positive drainage on all drives andparking surfaces. Refer to the north enlargement sheet, a portion of the paved pathway, as indicated onthe plans, will be raised 12” at its lowest point and made even back to the points indicated on the plan.All edges in contact with turf to be restored with 4” topsoil and blended to existing grade to ensurepositive drainage, as needed. Re-compact all base material to 95% density. Final pavement profile forall areas will be 3.5” depth, 2” base MDOT 13A, 1.5” top course MDOT 36A, compacted in place. Ifcontractor chooses to use alternate mix design, please submit with bid and provide mix design and comparable information to mix indicated. Project was estimated to be 25,920 Square Yards. Contractor shall verify quantity and indicate any changes with bid. The park has been scheduled to be closed for the month of July 2024to complete the project. Contractor will need to maintain site access control throughout project. Due to the high intensity use of the park, no other time/day/month will be made available
