Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Product will: Be user-friendly; easily configured and managed Allow a minimum of 350 asset/equipment count Allow a minimum of 7 user subscriptions Interface with the City’s ERP system (BS&A) Provide direct assistance with software configuration Provide ongoing support during normal business hours (5 days per week/8 hours per day) Provide vehicle and equipment life-cycle analysis Assist the garage in scheduling preventative maintenance Facilitate inventory control The RFP Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the installation/configuration, implementation, training, and maintenance and support of a fleet management software solution. As the City does not currently utilize a fleet management software, data conversion is not a part of this scope.
