Specifications include, but are not limited to: Over the years, City departments have implemented additional information systems that have overlapping capabilities with the ERP. This has resulted in duplication of work and inefficient processes. As part of the RFI process, the City would like to consider consolidating functionality of ancillary systems and processes into the ERP. Currently, the following ancillary systems are utilized by the City: A. Cityworks: used for asset, inventory and work order management. B. BS&A: the City’s primary point of sale system. Functional requirements related to interfacing with a third party point of sale system convey the City’s intent to maintain BS&A long-term. The City’s existing ERP is used for a minority of point of sale activities. C. Cayenta: the City’s utility management and utility point of sale system.
