Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and travel necessary to complete the following reports and tasks: The City strongly desires an all-inclusive flat rate fee for the services provided. Development of a central services cost allocation plan (CAP), which identifies the various costs incurred by the city to support and administer Federal and State programs in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards and the Federal awards(s) to which they apply. The plan will contain a determination of the allowable cost of providing each supporting services such as purchasing, legal counsel, disbursement processing, etc.
