Specifications include, but are not limited to: Seeking to retain the services of a qualified architectural and engineering firm for planning and design services related to construction of a new elementary, as well as additions and renovations to existing district-wide facilities. a) Facility assessment confirmation b) Code review and compliance c) ADA – Accessibility Design d) Programming scope definition and validation e) Site planning design services f) Civil engineering services (including traffic engineering for the new elementary) g) Architectural services h) Structural engineering services i) Electrical design j) HVAC and plumbing design k) Food Service planning and design l) Instructional technology and security services m) Fixtures, Furnishings & Equipment (FFE) design, layout and coordination n) Lead application processes for all required plan reviews, building permit applications, State, City of Dexter and Scio Township plan reviews and obtain required reviews and permits. Schedule and document all meetings. Costs required by authorities with jurisdiction for reviews, permits, and applications shall be a reimbursable to the AE. o) Construction phase A/E services
